Philosophy of Yoga

In February, I will begin teaching a series of philosophy classes at the Yoga Ananda Holistic Centre in Reigate, Surrey. (See below) www.YogaAnanda.co.uk

If you are running a teachers training programme, you may want to have your students attend these classes – as a philosophy module during your course. Or, I can personalise a similar course to fit your needs.
