In this fascinating workshop, Swami Saradananda introduces you to the powerful revitalizing and regenerating effects that breathing exercises and meditation can have on your body, mind and yoga practice.
If you are inspired to meditate, but are not as dedicated as you would like to be, this is the workshop for you. Swami Saradananda has created this programme in the spirit of mentoring, to enable you to master the theory and basic techniques of meditation, and begin to feel the joy of stillness arising within your being.
You will be presented with powerful tools that will enable you to begin to make more efficient use of your breath to strengthen the link between your physical and mental capacities. Swami Saradananda will guide you in the use of techniques that will enable you to open yourself up to intuitive inspiration You will gain new insights into healthier breathing patterns
The workshop is for inspired beginners as well as for dedicated yogis. It will also prove helpful for workshop facilitators who would like to integrate pranayama and meditation into their programmes.
