MARCH 2015

You should sit in mediation for 20 minutes a day,
unless you're too busy; then you should sit for an hour.

Advance Book Sales
and Book Project Funding

Swami Saradananda has just finished the final edit on her book "Mudras for Modern Life". It is scheduled to be published by Watkins Books in May 2015. If you donate £15 or more, she will send you a personalized signed copy of the book as soon as it is available - or you may request to receive a signed copy of any of her other books immediately.

"Teaching Stories of Yoga" is her next proposed writing project. Yoga students and teachers around the world have been asking Swami Saradananda to produce a book that contains many of her entertaining stories that have enabled them to understand complex philosophical points.

To maintain literary freedom and artistic control, Swami Saradananda plans to self-publish the book, using crowd-funding. Pledges of any amount are appreciated. A detailed cost analysis will be available shortly.

You can support Swami Saradananda in this and future writing projects by donating here.
